Food should help us maintain our health and put us in a good mood. However, in the supermarket, we find several products that are not only insufficient to keep us going, but are also dangerous because they contain ingredients that are harmful to health and end up being in fact poisonous.

The most dangerous products are seasonings, sauces, pâtés, canned soups, ready-to-eat meals, soft drinks, cakes, and croissants.
In addition to causing serious illness, they also cause diarrhea and stomach pains.
What kind of food is this?
All these processed products should be banned, but the food industries are powerful and not controlled as they should be. Legislation is very flexible and rarely prohibits the sale of food that is dangerous to public health.
Producers of processed foods are only interested in increasing your taste, making the food they sell irresistible so that you consume more and more of it, without thinking about the damage they cause to your health.
So don’t be fooled. Cook your food with fresh vegetables.
Also avoid eating meat, fish, and cheese as well as processed products found in supermarkets because they are not good for your health.
