Don’t stop trying to help those who expect your help, even if you don’t feel able to provide a solution to their problem.

It’s worth trying to say something that will relieve those who need support.

Few words can give hope to the lost if you understand what they need to hear.

If you don’t know what to say at a difficult time, repeat a common phrase. Words spoke with good intention acquire a special meaning, even if they are banal.

Those who are sad need to hear something that cheers them up, even if they don’t feel better. A few words of comfort never hurt.

The intention to help those who suffer has great value even when it doesn’t work.
